Your name, email, phone number, company, city, country, request note and selected products are processed to assess your request, contact you, conclude the quote process and maintain necessary business records.
Data is collected electronically when you complete the quote form and is processed where directly related to establishing a contract, to meet legal obligations and for the controller’s legitimate interests. Explicit consent is requested separately where required.
Data may be shared only with authorised staff and essential service providers for handling the request, subject to appropriate safeguards. It is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law or an authorised public body. It is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when its purpose and applicable retention periods expire.
You may contact the controller to exercise applicable rights to access, correction, deletion or destruction, information about recipients, objection to processing and compensation where the statutory conditions are met.
Technical and organisational measures protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration and loss. When this notice changes its version is updated; the version you accepted is retained with your quote record.
